Flower A Day did an Exceptional Job providing a quality item and High Level of Customer Service. It was my first time using "Flower A Day" and I am impressed by the experience. The recipient was not home so the delivery person/company called her cell and followed instructions to bring the item to a neighbor. I am so happy that the items (including chocolate) were not left in the sweltering heat at the front door. I so appreciate the wonderful care and high regard for the customer. Thank You!
